As a Puerto Rican-Mexican descent alumna of Georgia Tech and Purdue, is a leader at Accenture, spearheading the Hispanic American/LatinX Recruitment Pillar for North America. Advocating for diverse candidates, she shapes recruitment processes, company strategy, and fosters relationships with external partners like SHPE, ALPFA, and Latinas in Tech. As a founder and board member of the Central Florida Chapter of Latinas in Tech, Judianne is dedicated to advancing underrepresented groups in STEM. For the past 4 years, she has led Accenture’s Hour of Code Program, receiving the inaugural Mom of the Year Award from Papaya Tutor, Inc in 2022 and the Rising Star Award from Women of ALPFA.
