Caroline is a Latina immigrant from Mexico and first-generation college graduate. She is the CEO & Founder of CSC Consulting Group (CSC), leading the company in strategic direction and growth for the last 34 years. Caroline is a sought-after and well-respected thought leader, often referred to as a “unicorn” for her disruptive thinking and actions.

She is one of the early adopters in her field, with Apple as the first strategic partner/client. Her company, CSC, is a valued partner and IT service provider with a team of Cisco-certified network engineers, to long-standing clients, including the Chicago Public Schools, the 3rd largest school system in the U.S, with an unmatched customer service approach.

While CSC continues to grow, her new journey is another entrepreneurship venture, this time in the nonprofit world, Latinx Digital Leaders Now (DLN). DLN is an organization dedicated to increasing digital equity in Latino schools, workspaces, and communities. Caroline joined a movement led by Latino leaders to grow future tech professionals and entrepreneurs by innovating and inspiring them to aspire.

Griselda Garibay


Griselda is a Latina immigrant, first-generation college graduate, and strategist, passionate about empowering others, especially women and children. Given both the challenges and opportunities experienced, she is deeply committed to improving her surroundings by supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice initiatives. 

Griselda brings expertise managing national and international nonprofit organizations as well as experience in a variety of industries, including corporate, start ups and diversity consulting. She is also part of the highly regarded strategic advising firm, Conlon Public Strategies. As a Senior Advisor, she leverages expertise to help nonprofit and business clients expand their reach and achieve intended impact.

Randy Talcott


Randy Talcott is a seasoned finance executive with over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries and has served as Chief Financial Officer of both medium size and small public and private companies.

He has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in both public and private financings, executed several mergers and acquisitions, and has led the legal, human resources, and information technology functions in several organizations. Randy specializes in financial leadership, financial forecasting and reporting, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, growth companies, and distressed situations.
